Unvented cylinders need annual servicing — both for safety and because most manufacturers require it to honour the warranty. I check the safety valves, the expansion vessel, the discharge arrangement and the controls, and I give you a written record.

Cylinder faults can sometimes look like boiler or control faults. I'll check the whole picture — programmer, motorised valve, thermostat, boiler — so you know where the problem actually is.
I don't install new cylinders or boilers. This is servicing and repair of existing unvented systems only.
