Before I recommend a part, I diagnose the fault. Boiler problems often come from controls, sensors, pumps, pressure or something else in the system — not the component people first assume. I trace it to the actual cause, so you're not paying for a fix that doesn't solve anything.
I've repaired Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Glow-worm, Viessmann and most other common household makes. If I can't get the parts or technical information I need for your model, I'll say so.
Pressure keeps dropping, or water dripping from a pipe
Repeatedly topping up the system or spotting a drip outside — these need looking at, not ignoring.
Boiler locking out and showing a fault code
Pressing reset doesn't fix the cause. I read the fault code, check the symptoms, and trace back to what's actually failing.
Heating behaving oddly but the boiler seems fine
A timer, thermostat or smart control that's misbehaving can make a perfectly good boiler look like it's broken. I check the whole picture.

If you can give me the boiler make, the fault code on the display, and a description of what it's doing — or not doing — I can usually get a good idea of what I'm dealing with before I visit. Photos of the display or a quick email work well for intermittent faults.
Landlords: mention whether access goes through a tenant and which village or town the property is in.
